We are currently recruiting on behalf of a successful and long-established local business known for its excellent customer service, supportive team culture and strong industry reputation. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Customer Support & Office Coordinator to join their busy office team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role, combining administration, customer communication, and day-to-day office coordination within a friendly and fast-paced environment.

Key Duties
  • Provide administrative support across the office including document management, data input, and handling incoming enquiries
  • Assist customers with queries and provide a professional and helpful service
  • Prepare and process invoices while ensuring accuracy across records and documentation
  • Review billing information against relevant paperwork and job details
  • Maintain organised filing systems and accurate internal records
  • Support the smooth running of the office through coordination of supplies and general administration
  • Develop positive working relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues
Candidate Requirements
  • Previous experience within an administration, office support, or customer service role
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communication skills with a professional and approachable manner
  • Ability to manage workload independently while contributing positively to a wider team
  • Good working knowledge of SAGE is essential
  • Competent using Microsoft Office packages including Word and Excel
  • A positive attitude and willingness to support a collaborative office environment
Remuneration
  • Competitive hourly pay depending on experience
  • Full-time position with flexible weekly hours between 30-40
