Administrator – Brighton College

We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Administrator to support the smooth running of operations at Brighton College.

What You’ll Be Doing

As an Administrator
, you’ll provide essential support across HR, finance, procurement, and compliance activities.

  • Prepare daily allergen sheets in line with medical diet procedures.
  • Produce relevant guest‑facing media and materials for all food items & marketing materials.
  • Update booking systems and internal databases.
  • Manage and maintain employee personnel files.
  • Follow KCSIE Recruitment process in line with client expectations.
  • Provide support to the culinary & front‑of‑house teams.
  • Organise and monitor compliance documentation relating to:
    • Health & Safety
    • Food Safety
    • Training records

      Matrix monitoring
What We’re Looking For
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • The ability to learn new software systems quickly.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or similar role.
  • An understanding of finance and accounting principles (desirable).
