To assist in the provision of an efficient and effective administrative/finance support service to operational and support teams.
- Tasks will include, but are not limited to the points below:
- To record, maintain and update confidential information on our case recording systems.
- To co-ordinate, attend and take notes/minutes of a range of meetings, which may include support to Children's Social Services in respect of the safeguarding agenda, produce and distribute minutes, as required.
- To administer the imprest system.
- To process incoming and outgoing mail.
- To undertake reception and switchboard duties as required.
- To provide direct support to the Fostering service
- Competent to use Office IT packages
- Ability to take accurate notes/minutes
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Good organisational skills
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and meet deadlines, Disability Confident
This position has a requirement for a Standard DBS Check.
