AboutThe Role
As an Associate Registry Enrolment Assistant you will support the Student Registry team, ensuring accurate and timely enrolment for students. Your work will help achieve a smooth and welcoming experience for all students.
Responsibilities- Accurately complete student enrolments, input and update records, and generate reports using the college database.
- Maintain and amend student data, produce , and ensure enrolment documentation is correctly processed and up to date.
- Assist with enrolment event setup and provide face‑to‑face support to students at enrolment hubs.
- Work collaboratively with the Registry Team to manage enrolment administration and support wider operational tasks as required.
- Promote and uphold safeguarding practices, ensuring the welfare of young people is prioritised and all duties align with college policies and procedures.
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs including English and Maths (grade 4 or above).
Strong organisational and IT skills with confidence in Microsoft Office and computer systems. - Effective communicator across phone, face‑to‑face, and written channels, with the ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively within a team.
- Ability to perform well under pressure in a busy environment, meet tight deadlines, and provide a welcoming, supportive experience for students and customers.
- Demonstrated commitment to safeguarding and the welfare of young people; maintains professional boundaries and demonstrates flexibility in working hours.
- Experience with manual handling tasks is desirable.
