Finance Assistant

Job Title: Temporary Accounts Assistant (Part-Time – Afternoons)
Location: Heathfield (Office-Based)
Start Date: End of May / Early June 2026 Duration: Temporary, with potential to extend until January 2027

We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Accounts Assistant to join a Finance team on a temporary, part‑time basis. This role will provide essential support within the finance function, focusing primarily on sales invoicing and purchase ledger processing using SAP Business One (SAP B1).

• Producing and processing accurate sales invoices
• Assisting with purchase ledger data entry and maintenance
• Supporting the finance team with general administrative tasks
• Ensuring financial records are kept up to date and organised
• Working within SAP Business One (SAP B1) to manage transactions

• Part‑time, afternoons only
• Approx. 11:45 / 12:00 – 16:45, Monday to Friday

• Previous experience in a finance or accounts support role
• Familiarity with SAP Business One (SAP B1) or similar accounting systems (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently in an office environment

• Office‑based role located in Heathfield
