Admin Assistant

We are looking for an Admin Assistant based at Lochalsh Health Centre in Kyle of Lochalsh. This permanent role covers 20 hours per week and involves working at the main reception with opportunities to train in other administrative areas and, on occasions, cover at Broadford/Portree Hospitals.

• Provide vital administrative support to various teams working in and visiting the health centre.

• Proactive, dynamic, and able to work on their own initiative.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are preferred but not essential.
• Administrative experience is a preference; full training and support will be provided.

Effective from 1st April 2026, the Agenda for Change full‑time working week will be reduced from 37 to 36 hours. Part‑time hours will be adjusted on a pro‑rata basis. There will be an increase in the hourly rate to ensure that pay remains unaffected.
