- The Role:

To maintain the effective running of the companys international shipping and transport services, ensuring that they run on time and in a cost effective manner.

Maintain strong working partner relationships with a view to improving business volumes and support. Central Planning Office Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

- Arrange transport of import and export shipments and ensure correct processing and on-time delivery - Liaise with other offices, warehouses and teams to control shipment loading and receiving - Plan loads in the most effective and cost-effective manner, coordinating with branches and Local Planning Office - Monitor shipment progress, resolve transit delays and update customer relationship teams - Demonstrate knowledge of customs regulations and dangerous goods rules, providing advice as needed - Administer jobs accurately following company accounting procedures - Alert managers to pending claims and process claims promptly and professionally - Maintain accurate documentation, records and systems - Build and maintain effective business relationships across the organisation Central Planning Office Coordinator - You:

- Previous office admin experience beneficial but not essential - Ability to prioritise - Ability to adapt to change - Excellent problem-solving skills - Willingness to learn new skills - Excellent command of the English language In addition, you must have the right to work in the UK.
