Facilities Co-ordinator - Spilsby

We're looking for a Facilities Co‑ordinator to keep Gunby Hall, Tattershall Castle, Sandilands and Monksthorpe Chapel in tip‑top condition and running smoothly for all visitors.

Because the role requires travel between four properties, the successful candidate must have a full UK driving licence and will be provided with an electric vehicle for daily maintenance jobs and inspections.

18.75 hours per week, alternating 2‑day and 3‑day shifts. Shift windows are 8:00‑16:00 or 9:00‑17:00, depending on preference.

• Ensure facilities operate efficiently, effectively and flexibly.
• Assist the property team in meeting their goals by maintaining high standards.
• Carry out maintenance and repairs – reactive, planned and preventive.
• Handle cleaning and caretaking of premises.
• Present public areas and visitor facilities (including car parks and grounds) in a welcoming manner.
• Prepare meeting rooms and coordinate deliveries and collections.
