Organisational Development Administration Apprentice
Do you want to start a career in Business Administration? Take your first step into a career in Business Administration with an exciting opportunity at Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board, working in partnership with a College of Further Education. The apprenticeship offers a supportive pathway into Business Administration, helping you gain valuable experience to launch your career.

Full training by:
- Working alongside experienced staff to support your development and gain the practical skills you need.
- Learning job‑specific skills.
- Training to achieve a Level 2 Business Administration Vocational Qualification within two years of commencement.
- All training is paid for in full.
- Great experience working as part of a team and making a real difference.
- Individuals who already hold a degree are not eligible for a Level 2 Apprenticeship.
- Applicants cannot be currently enrolled in any form of formal, government‑funded education.
- Applicants must not already hold a Level 2 qualification in Business Administration.
Business Administration Apprentices will work towards the duties outlined in the main Job Description. They will not be expected to carry out the full range of responsibilities until they have received the appropriate training and demonstrated the necessary competence.
The role requires a willingness to learn and develop theoretical knowledge and practical skills.
Speaking Welsh is desirable, but English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Qualifications- GCSE Math and English Grade C / 4 or above or equivalent.
- Willingness to undertake and achieve the Level 2 Business Administration Apprenticeship Framework.
- Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information professionally.
- Organisational skills, with the ability to plan and prioritise own workload efficiently.
- Ability to use technology to undertake the role, e.g., Microsoft Office, email, Teams.
