Based within our Estate Office, located in the heart of the beautiful 3,000-acre Deer Park, this is a varied and engaging role where no two days are the same. From welcoming guests and managing enquiries, to supporting colleagues across the Estate, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

Whether answering the telephone, greeting visitors, assisting with administration, or helping departments across the business, you will be someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering an exceptional service.

About the Role
  • Provide a professional and welcoming front-of-house service for all visitors and callers.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails and enquiries efficiently and courteously.
  • Support the smooth operation of the Estate Office through a variety of administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate meeting rooms, visitor arrangements and office activities.
  • Build positive relationships with colleagues, tenants, contractors and members of the public.
  • Act as an ambassador for Woburn, ensuring every interaction reflects our values and standards.
About You

We are looking for someone who is friendly, organised and enjoys working in a busy environment where priorities can change throughout the day.

You will bring

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and task management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy.
  • A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership.
  • A customer-focused mindset and genuine enjoyment of working with people.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Previous reception, administration or customer service experience would be advantageous.
Why Join Us?
