Campersales Ltd is a family-owned niche motor home and camper dealer in Burgess Hill representing premium brands including Westfalia, Hymer and Eribacar. We are looking to recruit an experienced Office Manager & Sales administrator to work at our dealership in Burgess Hill.

Role

This is a varied, hands‑on role combining sales administration with office management. You’ll be a central point of contact, helping ensure smooth communication between customers, sales, and the workshop team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing day-to-day office operations and procedures
  • Acting as the main point of contact for the office
  • Ordering office supplies and managing supplier relationships
  • Overseeing digital filing systems, compliance paperwork, and documentation
  • Supporting HR administration (holidays, onboarding, basic records)
  • Helping improve processes and keep the office running efficiently
  • Supporting the sales team and with day-to-day administration
  • Processing sales orders, invoices, and customer documentation
  • Handling customer enquiries by phone, email, and in person
  • Updating the Dealer Management System (DMS) and maintaining accurate records
  • Organising vehicle handovers and supporting after-sales queries
  • Fixing minor IT issues or liaising with our IT support
About You
  • Experience in sales administration, office management, or a similar role
  • Excellent organisational with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently
  • Confident using IT systems (DMS/CRM, email, Microsoft Office especially Excel)
  • Customer‑focused with a friendly, professional manner
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • An understanding of paperwork involved in buying and selling cars, paying vehicle tax and registering new vehicles would be an advantage
  • Interest in campervans, travel, or the automotive industry is a bonus
