Our client based in the Durham are looking for a Fleet Hire Desk Assistant. This is a public facing administrator role. The Company/Department:

The Role:
- Assists the Fleet Services Operations Supervisor and the Fleet Business Manager
- Ensuring hire contracts are provided to the correct requirements
- Consulting with customers
- Monitoring and management of vehicle assets
The Person :
- NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration OR sufficient experience in a relevant field
- Experience in Plant & Vehicle Hire or similar customer focused environment
- Ability to work on a Fleet Management System or comparable operating system
- Excellent computer skills, e.g. Microsoft Office
- Great team working skills including communication and flexibility
