Administrative Assistant – Smiddybrae House – 12 hours per week – Permanent

Salary: £30,060 - £30,662 pro rata (£16.47 - £16.80 per hour). The above amounts include Distant Islands Allowance.

You will report to the Team Manager (Administration Support).

Working pattern:
Thursdays and Fridays. Flexible working available where possible.

Overview

The purpose of this role is to provide all aspects of administrative support to the team as required and work closely with the Registered Manager within Smiddybrae House and the Senior Administrative Officer to ensure a high level of administration support is provided.

  • Work closely with the Registered Manager within Smiddybrae House and the Senior Administrative Officer to ensure a high level of administration support is provided.
Qualifications and requirements
  • Must have qualification, experience and skills as detailed in the attached job profile (criteria used for shortlisting and appointment).
  • This is a regulated role with adults and requires Level 2 Disclosure with PVG scheme membership.
