Wescot Credit Services are looking for a Part Time Receptionist to join our Facilities team in our vibrant Telford office TF3 4NT
!
You will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors providing a warm welcome alongside managing administrative tasks.
Your package
Salary: £13,218.40

Be the first point of contact for clients and visitors delivering a professional and courteous welcome, completing confidentiality documentation and compliance with the visitors book Issue s for new colleagues, visitors and contractors. Ensuring restricted access controls are approved
Producing monthly access reports and update building access via the control system
Undertake Health & Safety related duties including acting as a DSE representative, carrying out DSE assessments whilst ensuring maintenance of the DSE Assessment Log Placing orders for stationery as required and keep an accurate record of stock controlling
Receive and distribute deliveries updating the relevant colleagues and spreadsheets
Carry out monthly premises inspections and take prompt action to report any issues
Ensure all faults are logged and contractors’ reports are filed accordingly
Assist in Reception and Facilities shared Outlook duties as and when required
You’re someone who has:
Excellent communication skills, with an ability to build rapport and positively interact with colleagues, customers and visitors
Great organisational skills, with the ability to plan and prioritise your own workload.
Good knowledge of Microsoft office, specifically Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point An ability to work confidentially with integrity and discretionA flexible approach with the ability to work under pressure
Previous experience of working within a reception environment is desirable but not essential

Wescot Credit Services is a Contact Centre working with several large UK banks, as well as Credit Card Providers, Energy, Telecoms and others to help recover debts owed to them by their customers.
