You will act as the first point of contact for all visitors to MHA Head Office reception and undertake a range of receptionist duties.
You will undertake a range of administrative duties in relation to the functions carried out by the Housing and Communities Directorate.
Maintain accurate and up to date computerised and manual records.
Provide advice and assistance to Tenants over the phone and via digital methods.
Act as the focal point for telephone callers and liaise with colleagues, other departments or outside agencies to ensure a consistent and accurate response is given, with some cover duties as part of the Customer Contact Centre when required.
