We're recruiting for an Administrator GAP Claims Assessment to join a well-established insurance solutions provider that partners with many of the UK's leading automotive dealer groups. This is an opportunity for someone with administration or customer service experience, who wants to build a long-term career in the insurance industry.

The Role of Administrator GAP Claims Assessment
As an Administrator GAP Claims Assessment, you'll play a key role in supporting customers through their GAP insurance claims process. You'll ensure every GAP claim is handled efficiently while providing a professional, empathetic and reassuring attitude throughout.
Key Responsibilities of Administrator GAP Claims Assessment
- Manage your own portfolio of GAP insurance claims from start to finish
- Research current value of customers vehicles and negotiate with motor insurers
- Speak with customers to explain the claims process and provide regular updates
- Review and validate documentation to ensure claims are processed accurately
- Maintain accurate records using internal systems
- Work closely with colleagues, to ensure claims are resolved efficiently
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous administration, customer service or claims handling experience
- Enjoys helping customers and providing an excellent service
- Has strong communication, research and interpersonal skills
- Is organised, proactive and has excellent attention to detail
- Is confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Insurance or motor claims experience would be advantageous but is not essential as full training will be provided
