Job Title: Receptionist / Administrator - York Central Project
Location: York, YO26 - Site Based
Salary: 16.70 per hour
Role Highlights & Packages:

• 3-month assignment

• Start ASAP, following interview

• Hours:
  
  8:00am-2:00pm or 9:00am-3:00pm

• Opportunity to work on a major bridge construction project over the ECML

• Front-of-house and site-office administration role

Role Overview:
We are looking for a switched-on, cheerful and reliable Receptionist / Administrator to join the team on the York Central Project. You will be the friendly first point of contact on site while supporting the site team with general administration and helping to keep the office organised and running smoothly.

• Organised with the ability to use initiative

• Comfortable working in a busy site-office environment

• Previous reception or administration experience desirable

Responsibilities:

• Manage front-of-house reception

• Greet and sign in visitors

• Answer and direct telephone calls

• Carry out general administrative duties

• Support the site team with day-to-day office tasks

• Help maintain an organised and efficient site office
