Part Time Administrator, Administrative​/Clerical

Location: Upper Siddington

Pertemps Swindon are currently recruiting for a Part Time Administrator to join our client, a local surveyor in Cirencester, GL7.

15 hours per week across 5 days (Mon-Fri)
Flexible start and finish times each day
Longterm Temporary work, potential to become permanent
£14.00 per hour

About the Part Time Administrator Job
Managing staffs diaries, making appointments, and sorting out bookings.
Preparing invoices, terms of conditions, invoice and letters.
Monitoring payments and invoices and chasing surveyors for invoices/clients for payment.
Managing the office supplies.
Proof reading services, transcribing and audio typing
Chasing, raising, posting and taking payment of invoices and liaising with Finance Director
Chasing up overdue invoices and monitoring those payable before survey to ensure paid ahead of services

As a Part Time Administrator, you will need the following skills and/or experience:
Proven experience within an administration position within a surveyors or legal organisation
Excellent communication skills both written and oral and presentable
Good organisational and time keeping skills
Proactive team player with a flexible approach to work duties
