The West Area Team are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the North Meirionnydd District Nursing Team, to provide a high quality administrative service for the team.
The post holder would support the District Nursing Team in the day to day running of the department and delivering an accurate, confidential and supportive administration assistance for all service users.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post;
Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
- Providing secretarial support to the team, including filing, and photocopying and managing internal and external mail.
- Deal with queries and correspondence as required from various agencies. Undertake audits.
- Support team with Civica system.
- Support with General Typing.
- Support the team with data entry, ordering of consumables, reporting and training.
- archiving of old notes

Person specification Qualifications Essential criteria- Good General Standard of Education (e.g. GCSE Maths and English A-C and above or equivalent).
- Good I.T Skills and computer awareness including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Knowledge of the Hospital I.T. Systems
- Previous clerical/ office experience.
- Experience of working in a healthcare setting.
- Good Communication skills both written and verbally.
- Able to prioritise tasks.
- Good organisational skills.
- Ability to work alone as well as part of a team.
- Ability to speak Welsh
