As   the   Project and Executive Support Officer  , you will provide high-level   executive  ,   project   and   operational  coordination    support to the Vice Principal for Infrastructure and Projects, playing a key role in the successful delivery of our ambitious Big Build capital programme. You will provide expert   diary  ,    meeting   and committee   support  , prepare   briefings   ,    reports   and presentations,     coordinate communications     with senior leaders, governors, contractors and external partners, ensur  ing   key actions and decisions move forward effectively.

You will support the smooth running of this landmark programme by   maintaining     project   records    , tracking timelines and dependencies,   coordinating   information across teams, and helping ensure our £60 million investment delivers a truly exceptional college campus. The role also includes supporting   compliance   activity,     information    management    , health and safety    administration   and wider operational priorities, making this a varied and rewarding opportunity for someone who thrives on   organisation  ,   collaboration   and making a real impact.

What   w  e're  l  ooking   f  or:
Proven experience   w  o  rking in a business environment in an ad  ministrative role

Highly   organised   with an exceptional eye for detail

Experience   of working in a fast-paced business environment

Level 2 English or Maths [or equivalent]

Excellent interpersonal skills, shown through your ability to communicate clearly with all stakeholders

Able to work accurately and adapt to changing deadlines

Experience in a cross organisational role

£  24,709    [FTE   £30,992  ]

Part   time   position,    29.5  hours per week,   all year round.
