Facilities Coordinator

Facilities Coordinator - Central London

We are looking for an experienced Facilities Coordinator to work within a commercial building in Central London.

• Start: 14/09/2026
• Duration: Until the end of 2026
• Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm
• 40 hours per week
• Umbrella PAYE: 25.25 per hour, PAYE: 19.25 per hour
• Must be paid via Umbrella PAYE - no CIS or Ltd Company payments

Responsibilities:

• Support the Facilities Manager with day-to-day building operations
• Coordinate maintenance requests and reactive works
• Liaise with contractors, engineers and service providers
• Assist with PPM scheduling and monitoring
• Maintain facilities records, reports and compliance documentation
• Carry out regular building checks and report any issues
• Support health & safety and compliance requirements
• Respond to client and occupier requests and provide excellent customer service
• Assist with general administration and facilities-related tasks

Essential Skills:

• Previous Facilities Coordinator / Facilities Management experience
• IOSH
• Good Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Good organisational and administrative skills
• Professional and proactive approach
