Bristol Annual Salary: £16,457 per annum

Hours:

You’ll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the business, working closely with colleagues across the practice and helping to ensure deadlines are met with confidence and calm.

Main Duties
  • Keeping the practice running smoothly and prioritising workloads across the team
  • Working with the accounts system, ensuring compliance and becoming a super user to support the wider team
  • Supporting clients with uploading documents and dealing with general queries
  • Carrying out reception and filing duties
  • Supporting with general office administration
  • Managing and supporting the practice’s social media
About You
  • Previous administration experience, ideally within a professional practice environment such as accountancy or legal
  • Competent IT skills and confident using Excel, Xero, Sage and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Naturally organised, detail-focused and dependable
  • A clear and confident communicator who enjoys working with people
  • Comfortable working as part of a small, friendly team
  • Able to manage priorities, stay calm under pressure and meet deadlines
