We're hiring a University Centre Data and Compliance Administrator at Yeovil College! Use your organisational, data and compliance skills to support students, strengthen university partnerships and help ensure the smooth running of Higher Education in a role where accuracy, collaboration and attention to detail make a real impact!

Yeovil College is looking for a highly organised and detail-focused University Centre Data and Compliance Administrator to join our successful team. You'll coordinate key processes across the student lifecycle, from admissions and enrolments through to exam boards, placements, results and graduate outcomes, ensuring everything is accurate, efficient and compliant with sector regulations, partner university requirements, and College policies.

You'll compile and analyse data for reporting, work closely with university partners and external organisations, and provide a high-quality service to students and staff. If you're confident managing complex processes, enjoy working with data and compliance, and take pride in getting the detail right, this is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the continued development and success of our University Centre.

If you're ready to bring your skills to a role that makes a real difference, we'd love to hear from you.

What we're looking for:
  • Previous administrative experience, ideally within the education sector, with a strong understanding of data protection and compliance.
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage complex processes, competing priorities and peaks in workload.
  • Strong data, numeracy and IT skills, including confident use of Microsoft Office and the ability to analyse and report on information accurately.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to work with students, staff, universities and external stakeholders.
  • A professional, proactive and flexible approach, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to use initiative.
  • GCSE Grade C or above in English and Maths, plus a degree or relevant professional qualification alongside significant professional experience.
What we offer:
  • Annual Salary: £27,594
  • Full-time position, 37 hours per week, all year round
  • 30 days holiday (plus Christmas closure & bank holidays)
  • Generous pension scheme of 16.1% employer contributions
  • Staff discount scheme with high street and online retailers
  • Opportunities for professional development and career growth
  • Employee assistance programme
  • Free onsite gym
  • Subsidised catering facilities
  • Cycle to work scheme
  • Access to free staff parking

Don't miss out! Join Yeovil College and make a real difference in the lives of students as they embark on their educational journeys.
