Office Manager | Liverpool | Full Time | £30,000 per annum

The Role

As an Office Manager, you will oversee daily office operations and ensure efficiency across administrative functions. The role will support business operations by maintaining a well-organised and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage office supplies inventory and place orders
Co-ordinate meetings and company events
Handle correspondence
Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative functions
Co-ordinate maintenance, repairs and facility needs
Act as a point of contact for staff queries
Co-ordinate between departments and external partners
Act as a front-facing representative for visitors and clients
Support teams with administrative tasks
Promote a positive office culture and employee engagement
Requirements

Essential

Experience in office management
Desirable

At least 1 year of office management experience
