Master Technician

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Master Technician to join a well‑established and busy automotive dealership in Burnley. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior technician looking to work in a modern workshop with the latest diagnostic equipment and strong manufacturer support.

• Basic Salary: £40,000
• On Target Earnings: £46,000

• Carry out diagnosis, repair and evaluation of customer vehicles
• Diagnose complex symptoms across a range of vehicles
• Ensure quality and a first‑time fix of all customer vehicles
• Communicate with customers to fully understand their reported issue
• Complete detailed video vehicle health checks
• Develop your skills & knowledge to stay at the forefront of vehicle technology, including EV and Hybrid Vehicles
• Assist and train your colleagues through mentoring and coaching
• Maintain a clean & safe workshop environment

• Minimum of Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance & Repair qualification
• Experience at a Diagnostic or Master Technician level, ideally within a main dealership
• Must hold a full UK driving licence
