About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to take responsibility for the daily operations of a busy prestige automotive workshop. You will manage workflow, lead and develop the technician team, and ensure all work meets brand, safety, and quality standards. The role also involves overseeing workshop administration, planning, and performance monitoring to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day‑to‑day workshop operations in a prestige automotive environment
Lead, motivate, and develop a team of technicians to meet performance targets
Ensure full compliance with brand standards, safety, and quality procedures
Maintain and improve workshop efficiency, productivity, and quality control
Manage all workshop administration including job allocation, scheduling, reporting, and workflow planning
Monitor labour utilisation, productivity, and workshop KPIs
Liaise with service advisors, parts teams, and management to ensure smooth operations
Promote a professional, organised, and safety‑focused workshop culture
Proven experience in a Workshop Manager, Workshop Controller, or supervisory role
Strong technical understanding of vehicle servicing and repair operations
Excellent organisational, administrative, and leadership skills
Confident managing workshop systems, schedules, and performance data
Strong communicator with a customer‑focused mindset
Calm, professional, and effective under pressure
