• Working hours:
  
  8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday; no weekends

Duties of the Aftersales Advisor:

• Booking customer vehicles in for service, maintenance, and repairs via telephone and face-to-face interactions
• Managing parts orders, ensuring accurate identification, and prompt dispatch
• Processing customer parts requirements efficiently whilst providing excellent customer service
• Selling parts and accessories with a target-driven approach to achieve sales growth as an Aftersales Advisor
• Adhering strictly to company policies and procedures within your area of responsibility
• Maintaining a professional, courteous manner when dealing with customers and colleagues
• Working with dealer management systems (Kerridge/CDK) and electronic parts catalogues to ensure accuracy and efficiency

Requirements:

• Proven automotive parts experience, preferably in a commercial vehicle or motor factor environment
• Strong IT skills, including familiarity with dealer management systems and electronic parts catalogues
• Hold a valid UK driving licence with minimal points
• Reside within a manageable commuting distance of Llanybydder
• Excellent customer service and sales skills, with a friendly and outgoing manner
• Ability to work effectively in a busy trade environment, demonstrating organisational skills and attention to detail
