Our client, a reputable franchise-approved car dealership in Llanybydder, is excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a skilled Aftersales Advisor to join their dedicated team. - Working hours:
8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday; no weekends
- Booking customer vehicles in for service, maintenance, and repairs via telephone and face-to-face interactions
- Managing parts orders, ensuring accurate identification, and prompt dispatch
- Processing customer parts requirements efficiently whilst providing excellent customer service
- Selling parts and accessories with a target-driven approach to achieve sales growth as an Aftersales Advisor
- Adhering strictly to company policies and procedures within your area of responsibility
- Maintaining a professional, courteous manner when dealing with customers and colleagues
- Working with dealer management systems (Kerridge/CDK) and electronic parts catalogues to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Proven automotive parts experience, preferably in a commercial vehicle or motor factor environment
- Strong IT skills, including familiarity with dealer management systems and electronic parts catalogues
- Hold a valid UK driving licence with minimal points
- Reside within a manageable commuting distance of Llanybydder
- Excellent customer service and sales skills, with a friendly and outgoing manner
- Ability to work effectively in a busy trade environment, demonstrating organisational skills and attention to detail
