Working Hours:

45-hour week, Monday Friday  Saturday mornings (5 hours) on a rota basis  We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Technician to join a well-established, family-run main dealership in Epsom. This role is ideal for a qualified technician looking to develop their career with ongoing training, excellent benefits, and the opportunity to work with modern diagnostic equipment in a supportive workshop environment.

Vehicle Technician Company Benefits £36,000 £ 39,520 basic salary plus bonus Increased annual leave with length of service Birthday off each year Company pension scheme Life assurance Employee referral bonus scheme Discounted vehicle purchases, servicing, parts and accessories Cycle to Work scheme Occupational health support 24/7 employee assistance programme Long service awards and company discounts Ongoing manufacturer training and career development Vehicle Technician Role Carry out routine servicing, maintenance and repairs to manufacturer standards Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using specialist diagnostic equipment Complete repairs on engines, braking systems, suspension and other vehicle components Replace worn or damaged parts including brakes, filters, belts and hoses Maintain accurate service records and job documentation Liaise professionally with customers regarding vehicle repairs and recommendations Work collaboratively with the workshop team while maintaining high safety standards Vehicle Technician Requirements Previous experience as a Service or Diagnostic Technician Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills Ability to work efficiently while maintaining excellent attention to detail Good communication and customer service skills Team player with a proactive attitude towards learning and development Full UK Driving Licence Please note all applications will be handled confidentially.
