Monday - Friday, Saturdays on rota  We have an exciting opportunity for a Vehicle Technician to join a well-established main dealership in Chingford . Vehicle Technician Company Benefits £35,000 basic salary  uncapped bonus (OTE £60,000) £2,500 welcome bonus for eligible Level 3 Technicians 33 days annual leave including bank holidays Company pension scheme Discounts on vehicle purchases, servicing and retail products Life assurance and wellbeing support Cycle-to-work scheme Ongoing manufacturer training and career development Employee share purchase plan and referral bonuses Family-friendly policies and flexible working opportunities Vehicle Technician Role Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs to manufacturer standards Diagnose faults and complete mechanical and electrical repairs Perform vehicle inspections and identify worn or damaged components Work closely with the workshop and service teams to ensure efficient workflow Provide technical support and guidance where required Maintain high levels of workmanship, safety and customer satisfaction Vehicle Technician Requirements NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent) Experienced Level 2 Technicians with main dealer experience will also be considered Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills Ability to work efficiently while maintaining excellent attention to detail MOT Licence advantageous but not essential Full UK Driving Licence Own tools preferred Please note all applications will be handled confidentially.
