• Fantastic leadership and team management skills within the automotive or similar industry
• Experience delivering high customer satisfaction and effective management
• Engaging and motivating, coaching‑based approach to team development with the ability to provide in‑the‑moment training
• Experience meeting compliance standards across Health and Safety
• Experience managing high sales turnover and KPI’s
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• IT proficiency with a willingness to learn in‑house systems
• Good time management
• Current valid driving licence

• On‑target earnings up to £51,500
• Base salary of £40,000
