Salary: £34,893 to £40,000 basic salary (Highly negotiable based on skillset/certifications) + Performance Bonus (£60,000 realistic OTE + Uncapped Earnings

Location: Brighton

Hours: 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday – Friday (Plus a fair 1 in 4 Saturday morning rota, 8:30am – 12:30pm)

• Qualifications: Level 3 qualified in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent portfolio).
• Experience: Confident mechanical and repair experience. While prestige or German brand experience is a huge plus, we are fully open to skilled independent technicians with a sharp eye for detail.
• Mindset: A reliable, target‑motivated team player with a strong hunger to learn modern high‑voltage EV tech and advanced diagnostic systems.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence.
