• Competitive salary up to £19 per hour, depending on experience and skills

• No weekend work;
  Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm hours

• Conduct accurate and high‑quality repairs and servicing of vehicles, adhering to manufacturer and industry standards
• Diagnose complex vehicle faults using advanced diagnostic tools
• Mentor and support Vehicle Technicians to improve diagnostic efficiency and overall team performance
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle issues and repair progress
• Ensure all work is completed safely, thoroughly, and to the highest standards
• Follow up on repairs to guarantee customer satisfaction and vehicle reliability
• Assist in training junior staff and sharing technical knowledge within the workshop

• Qualified to IMI/NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance
• Proven experience as a Master or Senior Vehicle Technician in a franchise dealership or similar environment
• Strong diagnostic skills and comprehensive vehicle repair knowledge
• Full UK driving licence
• A dedicated team player with a proactive attitude
• Ability to produce consistent, high‑quality work in a fast‑paced setting
