Are you an experienced Master Vehicle Technician seeking a rewarding opportunity within a reputable dealership group? Our client, one of South Wales' leading car dealer groups, is currently recruiting a Master Vehicle Technician for their busy franchise-approved dealership in Narberth. Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm hours - Full manufacturer-accredited training and continuous development opportunities

- Conduct accurate and high‑quality repairs and servicing of vehicles, adhering to manufacturer and industry standards
- Diagnose complex vehicle faults using advanced diagnostic tools
- Mentor and support Vehicle Technicians to improve diagnostic efficiency and overall team performance
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle issues and repair progress
- Ensure all work is completed safely, thoroughly, and to the highest standards
- Follow up on repairs to guarantee customer satisfaction and vehicle reliability
- Assist in training junior staff and sharing technical knowledge within the workshop
- Qualified to IMI/NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance
- Proven experience as a Master or Senior Vehicle Technician in a franchise dealership or similar environment
- Strong diagnostic skills and comprehensive vehicle repair knowledge
- Full UK driving licence
- A dedicated team player with a proactive attitude
- Ability to produce consistent, high‑quality work in a fast‑paced setting
- Motivation to meet and exceed team targets
