Overview
Are you an experienced Vehicle Technician seeking a rewarding opportunity within a reputable automotive specialist workshop? This position offers the chance to work with prestigious brands in a modern, well-equipped environment supported by the latest diagnostic technology.
Advantages- Competitive starting salary from £40,000 up to £60,000 per annum, including group bonus and profit sharing
- Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:30, with no weekend working

- Diagnosing, servicing, and repairing Jaguar, Land Rover, and BMW vehicles to manufacturer standards
- Identifying and resolving complex mechanical and electrical faults efficiently
- Sharing expertise to mentor fellow technicians and support team development
- Maintaining workshop safety, quality, and safety standards at all times
- Accurately recording all work completed and maintaining detailed documentation
- Communicating effectively with service advisors and customers, ensuring transparency
- Supporting dealer-level training and staying current with hybrid and electric vehicle advancements
- Fully qualified Vehicle Technician with NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- Proven experience in a main dealer environment, particularly with Jaguar, Land Rover, BMW, or similar premium brands
- Strong diagnostic capabilities and familiarity with the latest diagnostic tools and software
- Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Capable of working independently and within a team
- Holds a full UK driving licence
- Own tooling required (excluding specialist tools)
