Our reputable main dealer client in Stafford is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their dynamic and professional team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Vehicle Technician to work within a well-established franchise that values technical expertise and delivering exceptional customer service. The role offers competitive salary, extensive benefits, and clear career progression paths.
Benefits:
- Salary up to £34,000, dependent on experience, with additional bonus potential of up to £6,000

- Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, with 1 in 3 Saturday mornings

Duties:
- Conduct vehicle health checks and routine servicing
- Perform vehicle repairs and component replacements as authorised
- Handle warranty repairs efficiently
- Take vehicles on road tests to verify fault rectification
- Complete all relevant paperwork accurately and professionally
- Assist in diagnosing vehicle issues using diagnostic equipment
- Maintain high standards of quality control across all tasks
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent qualification
- Proven motor industry experience
- Full, valid UK driving licence
- Diagnostic experience with the ability to interpret fault codes
- MOT tester qualification is preferable
- Brand experience within a dealership environment is desirable
