Vehicle Technician

Location: Barton

Our client, a leading performance and remapping specialist, is seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Performance Vehicle Technician to join their established team in Stratford-upon-Avon. This is an ideal role for a technician passionate about performance cars, offering the chance to work on a range of exciting vehicles and develop expertise in high-performance upgrades and tuning.

Duties:

- Perform servicing, repairs, and routine maintenance on performance vehicles
- Fit performance upgrades including exhaust systems, brakes, superchargers, and tuning components
- Carry out vehicle remapping and tuning to optimise engine performance
- Provide accurate repair estimates and technical advice to clients
- Ensure high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction
- Maintain detailed service and repair records
- Adhere to health and safety protocols at all times

Requirements:

- Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, ideally within a performance or specialist workshop

- Experience with performance upgrades and tuning is advantageous but not essential – training will be provided
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for high-performance vehicles
- Full UK driving licence
- Excellent communicator with a professional attitude
