VEHICLE TECHNICIAN / MOT TESTER
Location: Bodmin
Salary: Up to £38,500 Basic (Depending on Experience) + Productivity Bonus (£44k+ OTE)
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm 1 in 4 Saturdays 8:30am - 12:30pm (Paid as Overtime)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

The Role
As a Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality servicing, maintenance and repairs while ensuring every vehicle meets manufacturer standards.

Your responsibilities will include:
Servicing and repairing vehicles to manufacturer specifications
Carrying out MOT testing (where qualified)
Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults
Completing warranty and service documentation accurately
Conducting vehicle health checks
Identifying additional repair opportunities where appropriate
Maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction
Working efficiently within a busy workshop environment

About You
NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
Minimum 3 years' experience as a Vehicle Technician
MOT Licence desirable
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
EV experience beneficial but not essential, with training provided
Team player with excellent attention to detail
Full UK Driving Licence
