Are you an experienced Automotive Trimmer who takes pride in producing exceptional vehicle interiors? Do you enjoy working with premium materials and delivering flawless craftsmanship on some of the world's most prestigious luxury and performance vehicles?

As an Automotive Trimmer, you'll play a key role in creating bespoke interiors and precision-finished vehicles that are truly one of a kind.

Working alongside experienced craftsmen and technicians, you'll help produce world-class automotive restorations where every stitch, panel, and finish matters.

The Role:
  • Interior trim installation, assembly, and fitment to exacting quality standards.
  • Removing, modifying, and refitting interior components to support bespoke vehicle builds.
  • Trimming and fitting premium interior materials, including leather, Alcantara, fabrics and carbon fibre components.
  • Carrying out bench modifications, repairs, and rework to achieve a flawless finish.
  • Stripping, rebuilding, and aligning exterior trim and body panels where required.
  • Basic sewing and hand-stitching to support high-quality interior craftsmanship.
  • Inspecting completed work to ensure every vehicle meets luxury manufacturer standards.
  • Working closely with engineers and fellow technicians to resolve build challenges and support continuous improvement.

Who are we looking for?

  • Previous experience as a Trim Technician or Vehicle Trimmer.
  • Experience working within luxury automotive, restoration, coach building, classic vehicles, or motor sport environments.
  • Strong knowledge of fitting and working with leather, textiles, Alcantara and composite materials (carbon fibre experience advantageous).
  • Excellent attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality workmanship.
  • A flexible approach and willingness to work overtime when required.

Working Hours
  • Monday-Thursday: 07:00-16:30
  • Friday: 07:00-12:45
  • Overtime available during weekdays and Saturdays.
