We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Service Advisor to join our client's reputable dealership in Micheldever, Hampshire. Duties of the Service Advisor:

• Greeting customers and understanding their vehicle service requirements
• Providing accurate, clear advice on service work and costs
• Preparing and managing job cards and service schedules
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships
• Upselling additional services and products where appropriate
• Communicating effectively with workshop staff to facilitate timely repairs
• Maintaining accurate documentation and service records
• Supporting the workshop team to ensure efficient workflow

Requirements of the Service Advisor:

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Knowledge of automotive systems and service processes
• Strong organisational skills and professional approach
• Full UK driving licence
• Previous experience in a dealership or automotive environment is preferred but not essential
