As a Parts Advisor, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting workshop operations through efficient parts management. The successful candidate will have a strong automotive parts knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the motor trade.

Duties:

Delivering excellent customer service to both trade and retail clients
Managing parts stock levels and reordering as necessary
Advising customers on parts requirements and available options
Processing parts sales transactions efficiently and accurately
Maintaining precise records of parts sales and inventory
Assisting the workshop by ensuring parts availability and liaising with technicians

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Parts Advisor or similar role within the motor trade
Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
Valid UK driving licence
