We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable, multi-franchise approved car dealership in Cardiff for the position of workshop controller. - Manage the allocation of work based on team skills and capacity
- Identify training needs and support team development as the Workshop Controller
- Coordinate between workshop and service reception on vehicle progress
- Maintain workshop standards according to HSO requirements and brand service standards
- Guarantee adherence to customer satisfaction standards and service quality expectations
- Proven success in managing a busy automotive workshop for at least three years, ideally within a franchise-approved dealership
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Results-driven with a focus on quality and reliability
- Proficient in IT and workshop management systems
- Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
- Reside in or within a reasonable commute to Cardiff
