Sinclair Group is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Apprentice Technician to join our Jaguar Land Rover team in Newport.

This is an exciting opportunity to earn while you learn, gaining hands-on experience with some of the world's most desirable vehicles, including Range Rover, Defender, Discovery and Jaguar. You'll work towards a nationally recognised qualification while completing the Jaguar Land Rover Retailer Apprenticeship Programme.

Working alongside experienced technicians, you will learn how to:

• Service, maintain and repair vehicles
• Carry out vehicle inspections and health checks
• Assist with fault diagnosis and repairs
• Work with modern vehicle technology and electrical systems
• Maintain accurate workshop records
• Follow manufacturer and health & safety standards

You’ll receive a combination of practical workplace experience and specialist Jaguar Land Rover manufacturer training.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a genuine passion for vehicles and technology
• Is eager to learn and develop new skills
• Has excellent attention to detail
• Enjoys problem-solving
• Works well as part of a team
• Wants to build a long-term career in the motor industry

To meet the requirements of the Jaguar Land Rover Retailer Apprenticeship Programme, candidates must:

• Be aged 16 or over
• Hold, or be predicted to achieve, at least four GCSEs at Grade 4/C or above, including:
• English Language
• Mathematics
• Two additional subjects

Equivalent qualifications may also be considered.

• Jaguar Land Rover manufacturer training
