Location: Narberth

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading UK-based car dealer group with over 90 years of industry experience, for the position of Master Vehicle Technician at their busy franchise dealership in Narberth, Pembrokeshire.

Working hours of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, with no weekend work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct accurate and high-quality repairs and servicing of a diverse range of vehicles
  • Ensure all work complies with manufacturer, retailer, and industry standards
  • Provide diagnostic support and technical guidance to junior technicians
  • Mentor and coach team members to enhance workshop efficiency
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle issues and repair progress
  • Complete all work within specified time frames and uphold safety standards
Requirements
  • Qualified to IMI/NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance
  • Senior or Master Technician qualification, ideally with manufacturer-specific certification
  • Level 3/4 qualification in EV/Hybrid vehicle maintenance

    Valid UK driving license
  • Strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
  • Excellent team player with a clear focus on achieving targets
  • Ability to produce work of a high standard in a fast-paced environment
