Parts Advisor - Jaguar Land Rover Newport

Full Time | Permanent

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, plus Saturday mornings on a rota (paid as overtime)

Salary: Basic salary £27,000 with bonus opportunities and overtime paid at time and a half.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our Aftersales team. This is an exciting opportunity to represent the iconic Jaguar and Land Rover brands, supporting our customers and technicians while helping to deliver the exceptional service standards expected of a premium retailer.

As a Parts Advisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring the right parts are available at the right time, contributing to a seamless customer experience and keeping our workshop operating efficiently.

• Assisting customers with parts and accessory enquiries
• Identifying, sourcing and supplying parts accurately and efficiently
• Supporting workshop technicians with parts requirements
• Managing stock levels and maintaining stock accuracy
• Handling telephone, face-to-face and online enquiries
• Promoting genuine Jaguar Land Rover parts and accessories
• Liaising with suppliers regarding orders, returns and warranty items
• Processing payments and completing administration accurately
• Working towards departmental targets and KPIs
• Delivering outstanding customer service at every stage of the customer journey

We're looking for someone who:

• Has excellent communication and customer service skills
• Is organised, accurate and has good attention to detail
• Enjoys working in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Has a positive and proactive approach
• Works well as part of a team
• Is confident using IT systems and learning new processes
• Has previous motor trade or parts experience (desirable but not essential)
