We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing international education team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, expand, and maintain strategic channel partnerships, including KOLs, KOCs, training schools, study abroad agencies, international schools, language training centers, and academic enhancement organizations.
Plan, organize, and execute market channel activities, working closely with partners to deliver impactful promotional and recruitment events.
Explore and implement innovative cross-industry collaboration models to drive traffic acquisition and brand exposure.
Monitor channel performance and market trends, responding quickly to changes in the international education market.
Conduct regular visits and meetings with channel partners to strengthen relationships and gain insights into market conditions.
Job Requirements
Fluent in Chinese and English, both used as working languages.
Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 2 years of experience in channel development or business development within the international education industry.
Strong understanding of the international education market, with the ability to build, manage, and scale cooperative partnerships.
Candidates with existing channel resources are highly preferred.
Legal right to work in the UK is preferred.
Background in studying abroad is a plus.
Strong analytical thinking, clear logic, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Highly organized, execution-focused, collaborative, and goal-oriented.
What We Offer
💼 £30,000 – £40,000 GBP/year basic salary
