Role Overview
The Business Change Analyst will support the delivery of the fares and ticketing workstream within a rail integration programme, ensuring agreed customer, fares, and retail propositions are delivered.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Worked on Multiple Business Change projects as a Business Analyst
- Worked on Retail projects
- Card payment projects/Retail Payments experience
- Integration projects (card payments/Rail)
- Worked within the rail & transport industry
- Worked on end to end projects
- Working with suppliers and maintaining relationships
