Salary: £45,000-£60,000 + bonus + potential equity

We're working with a high-growth challenger brand in the drinks space that's scaling fast across UK grocery and retail. This is a brilliant opportunity for an ambitious Off-Trade Sales Manager to take real commercial ownership in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The Role
This is a hands-on role focused on turning listings into sustainable, profitable growth. You'll manage and expand off-trade performance across national and regional accounts, balancing strategic thinking with executional rigour.

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage buyer relationships for existing grocery accounts
Build and lead Joint Business Plans (JBPs)
Drive new retail listings and secure high-quality shelf space
Monitor and optimise rate of sale and commercial performance
Plan and negotiate promotional activity across the off-trade calendar
Collaborate cross-functionally on forecasting, marketing and brand strategy
Feed retail insight into wider commercial decision-making What We're Looking For

4-7+ years' experience in off-trade/grocery sales
Experience managing national or regional grocery accounts
Strong commercial acumen with confidence around forecasting, pricing and ROS
Ability to build compelling data-led pitches for listings and campaigns

Experience with fast-growth or challenger FMCG brands a plus
Driven, self-motivated and ready for broader commercial responsibility Why Apply?
