We’re searching for a Brand Home Manager to bring energy, creativity and operational flair to an immersive, one-of-a-kind visitor experience. You’ll be at the heart of a fast‑growing spirits brand with international reach, responsible for creating unforgettable moments, nurturing a passionate team, and turning a beautiful space into a thriving hub of hospitality, learning and celebration.
Whether you’re welcoming curious tourists, hosting global trade partners, or curating intimate tastings and premium events, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how people connect with the brand and each other.
What you’ll be doing :Creating Magic for Guests
- Deliver exceptional tours, tastings and events that reflect the craft and story behind every bottle
- Develop a best‑in‑class visitor journey that surprises, delights and stays with guests long after they leave
- Take full ownership of daily operations, including bookings, staffing, stock, contractors and logistics
- Maintain a beautiful, fully stocked, brand‑aligned space that feels alive with purpose and pride
- Manage health & safety and compliance with care and confidence
- Lead the fulfilment and dispatch of online and on‑site orders
- Recruit, train and inspire a passionate front‑of‑house team
- Motivate with energy and purpose, instilling a culture of warmth, enthusiasm and 5‑star service
- Take charge of scheduling, performance reviews and ongoing team development
- Work hand‑in‑hand with the marketing team to amplify brand stories and seasonal campaigns
- Help bring our social media to life through content ideas, behind‑the‑scenes moments and team highlights
- Host key trade partners and support on‑and off‑site events that build buzz and boost business
- Identify new opportunities to grow the brand home offering and its reach
- Proven experience in hospitality, retail or tourism management
- A natural leader who loves building strong teams and standout service cultures
- Creative and commercially minded, with sharp organisational and problem‑solving skills
- Confident managing budgets, rotas and logistics with a calm head and clear focus
- A genuine passion for craft spirits, storytelling, and hosting with heart
- Personal Licence and a full UK driving licence
- Willingness to work weekends and flex around events when needed
