Position: Business Development Manager (Permanent)

Labour Hire are looking for a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER to begin work for a well-established company in AYLESBURY

About the role:

* Working Hours – Full-time, Permanent - 40 hours per week (Travel will be required on an as needed basis.)

* Salary - £35,000-£40,000 + commission

* You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships.

* You will also be involved in creating and implementing sales strategies, conducting market research

* Start:
Subject to interview

Requirements:

* High work ethic & team player

* Punctual & reliable

* Hold a valid UK Driver's License

* Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field

* Strong networking and relationship-building skills

* Ability to develop and implement sales strategies

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills

* Knowledge of the security industry and security services (CCTV, Access Control and Alarm Systems)

* Experience with CRM software and sales tools

* Working knowledge of B2B platforms and similar tender tools.

* A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field is advantageous, but not essential
