Due to growth, we are looking for a bold and commercially astute Senior Commercial Partnerships Manager to help take our client partnerships to the next level.
About the role:This isn’t just account management.
As our Senior Commercial Partnerships Manager, you’ll sit at the centre of our strategic FMCG partnerships leading a high-performing team, strengthening relationships with major manufacturing and retail partners, and driving sustainable commercial growth.
You’ll own the strategy. You’ll influence at senior level. You’ll make an impact.
What you’ll be doing :Own Strategic Partnerships
- Build and deepen senior-level relationships across key FMCG manufacturing and retail accounts. Be the trusted partner, the problem-solver, and the strategic lead.
- Inspire, coach and develop a team of Partnership Managers and a Reporting Analyst. Create a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Spot opportunities. Unlock additional volumes. Expand partnerships. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver innovative, commercially smart solutions that benefit both our partners and our business.
- Deliver proactive, value-led account management that keeps partners engaged, satisfied and growing with us.
- Own KPIs, performance tracking and executive reporting. Turn complex data into compelling insight. Leverage Impact Reporting to demonstrate not just commercial return but the wider industry and social value.
- Stay ahead of market trends and represent Company Shop Group at industry events, strengthening our reputation as a trusted commercial partner in surplus redistribution.
We’re looking for someone commercially sharp, strategically minded, and confident operating at senior stakeholder level.
You’ll have:- At least 3 years’ experience in a senior FMCG manufacturing account management role
- Experience with in food manufacturing and retail account management (highly desirable)
- A strong understanding of FMCG market dynamics and commercial drivers
- A proven track record of growing and retaining strategic partnerships
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
- Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen
- Excellent communication and presentation capability
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear action
- High attention to detail in reporting and forecasting
- A genuine passion for creating positive social and environmental impact
- Flexibility to travel nationally as required

Location: Based at our Head office in Tankersley 3 days per week with a willingness to travel to meet with clients and attend industry events as and when required
Salary: £60k per annum plus car/car allowance
Hours: 40 hours per week-Hybrid role
