Full-time, Mon‑Fri 8am‑5:30pm

We are recruiting an Estimating & Procurement Executive to join a well‑established retail manufacturer on a permanent basis. This role is ideal for someone with purchasing, estimating, or technical operations experience looking to take ownership of production procurement and supplier management in a dynamic environment.

• Prepare estimates for jobs and tenders in collaboration with Customer Service and internal teams
• Raise Works Orders, Purchase Orders, and maintain accurate production/job records in business management systems
• Source materials, consumables, and services while managing supplier relationships
• Track raw materials, consumables, and office stock; process purchase ledger invoices
• Monitor supplier performance through KPIs and regular reviews
• Liaise across Sales, QA, Logistics, Production, Planning, and Finance
• Support continuous process improvement and team targets

• Experience in purchasing, estimating, or technical operations
• Strong supplier management skills and negotiation ability
• Commercial awareness, with understanding of gross profit and margins
• Organised, flexible, and able to manage multiple tasks under deadlines
• IT literate with confident use of Microsoft Office
• Packaging sector experience is a plus but not essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
